There are Volunteer Opportunities for everyone with any skill. Organizations throughout the DMV need your help. The Meisel Associates can provide you with a list of organizations that would benefit from your unique & valuable skills.

Try to get tested as you feel your needs are & please get the vaccine when your opportunity is available. Assist others in your home or extended family to help them get vaccinated.

Find time to be with family, friends, and others in your community to help them meet & or exceed their goals. Try to be present & in the moment. Ask Deb how she can assist you with this.

Medication can help you or your family member meet their goals. Deb can work with you, your doctor and or Psychiatrist to ensure that you or a family member are getting properly medicated.

The great outdoors has always been a wonderful place for humans to find new experiences. Wilderness programs are also available for Teens & young adults who need to make immediate change. Deb can help you and your young adult find the right opportunity.

Cancer is scary-Deb has 15 years in this space-as an Associate Professor at Brown University to working at Hospitals as a Cancer specialist- Deb understands the path you are on and can help you & your family to navigate this.
