Esti works with adults to help them heal through a holistic approach to counseling.

She brings a wide range of experiences and knowledge to her easy personality.

Esti has experience in treating trauma, grief and loss, and sexual dysfunction.

Her approach is to integrate evidence-based methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized therapeutic experience.

In addition, Esti has experience working as a crisis interventionist.

She draws from multi-modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal theory, Somatic ExperiencingTransforming Touch, and CBT methods to provide goal-oriented care.

Esti’s compassionate and authentic nature provides a grounding space for therapy.

Esti earned a Master's Degree in Social Work at Long Island University in Brooklyn. Since then, she has worked in mental health and medical environments, which has enhanced her appreciation of the mind-body connection and informed her holistic approach to therapy.

We all have moments when we need support.

Together we can expand your resiliency & strengthen your skill set. My approach is to create a collaborative and supportive space in which we explore your experience and discover the wisdom you hold within to heal and change.

I want every client to leave therapy feeling empowered and more confident than when they arrived.

I use an integrative approach of evidence-based therapies including but not limited to IFS, Somatic therapies, Polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed treatments.

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional which informs my integrative style.

I specialize in working with clients facing the effects of chronic and developmental trauma. You don't have to do this alone, I look forward to hearing from you.

Esti has her LCSW-C  she is currently being supervised by Deborah Meisel, MSW, LICSW, LCSW-C.
