About Deborah
I am a seasoned clinician with extensive experience as a therapist for children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents and families from various cultural backgrounds.
My goal is to team with clients to reach a better emotional place. Working with your personal strengths and specific goals, we can help you gain new skills to cope with and overcome the challenges you are facing.
My style is collaborative and we can find solutions together. Success requires honesty, understanding, strong communication skills and a willingness to work through difficulties.
Often people shy away from getting help. Seeking support and guidance is a valuable investment in yourself and those who you love.
As a licensed professional my specialty is supporting people who are ready to make changes in their life.
These changes include emotional concerns, addressing life transitions, coping with cancer and other medical concerns, navigating the world of special education, exploring family and relationship challenges and living successfully with various mental health challenges such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety and Depression.

About Jane Callen |
When challenges arise, how do we meet them? My therapeutic approach draws on 15 years’ experience as a first responder and disaster worker. I work in partnership with clients and utilize a strengths-based approach. This empowers clients to identify and cultivate their strengths in order to meet challenges with resilience and steadiness. I place a high value on the therapeutic partnership and honor that relationship by listening carefully and respectfully, with the ear of the heart.
Areas of interest include but are not limited to trauma and hospice/grief.
With proper support, difficult events can become portals to growth. This can be achieved through the skillful application of therapeutic tools to nourish and leverage our innate strengths, so that we can begin to move toward wellness.
Poet Mary Oliver asked, “What will you do with your one wild and precious life?” Therapy can help us to live fully and in the present, liberated from fear.
